Sam’s Electrical is a locally owned electrical contractor based in Westfield, Massachusetts, proudly serving homeowners and businesses throughout Western Massachusetts within roughly a 20-mile service radius, including Springfield, Chicopee, West Springfield, Southampton, Agawam, and nearby communities.
The company is built on a simple principle: provide reliable electrical service with clear communication, professional workmanship, and a strong commitment to safety and code compliance. In an industry where it can be difficult to even reach an electrician, we make it a priority to answer the phone, respond quickly, and show up when customers need help.
Our team currently consists of a licensed master electrician and a full-time electrical apprentice, allowing us to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards for safety and workmanship. We are fully licensed and insured and committed to delivering dependable electrical solutions for both residential and commercial customers.
Sam’s Electrical continues to grow rapidly due to the demand for responsive, high-quality electrical service. The company currently operates two service vans, including our newly wrapped service vehicle, and we are actively working toward expanding our team and fleet to better serve the region.
We handle jobs of all sizes, from small repairs to larger electrical upgrades, and offer 24/7 emergency service when customers need immediate help. As our business grows, our mission remains the same: provide honest, professional electrical work that customers can rely on.

Founder And Master Electrician - Sam’s Electrical
Sam is the founder and owner of Sam’s Electrical, a Westfield-based electrical contractor serving residential and commercial customers throughout Western Massachusetts. He started the company at 18 years old and has been around the electrical trade his entire life—growing up working alongside his father and learning the industry hands-on from an early age.
Before launching Sam’s Electrical, Sam worked for multiple electrical companies, including a role as a supervisor at one of the then top companies in western Mass, where he gained experience managing jobs, leading crews, and delivering high-quality work under real deadlines. Over time, he saw a consistent problem in the industry: customers struggled to get electricians who were responsive, reliable, and willing to show up quickly when it mattered.
Sam built Sam’s Electrical to fill that gap—providing fast response, clear communication, and professional, code-compliant electrical service customers can count on. When he’s not working, Sam enjoys spending time with his amazing wife, traveling, and exploring new places with friends and family.
